Our Teaming

In an economic environment which constantly exerts pressure to downsize corporate staffing and maximize profit, there is a growing trend in the use of business-to-business “alliances”. These alliances are special relationships between companies, where one company wishes to out source particular functions by hiring another company which specializes in those functions.

More and more owners are developing strategic alliances and reaping the benefits. We believe that by buying a large amount of construction services from one source, the owner obtains better pricing. In the long run, a strategic alliance keeps costs down, allows the contractor to dedicate specific staff to the client, eliminates the learning curve required by new contractors, and increases the ability to turn projects around quickly.

As an alliance partner with Provincial Partitions, The Streeter Group is responsible for the day-to-day operations of each project, preparing and sending out bid packages, awarding contracts upon client approval, and performing many other tasks which formerly taxed the client’s resources. With a strong organization structure and the help of a our professional relationships we review all subcontractor change order requests for validity, submit monthly itemized invoices to the client, and maintain records of each project in a manner that complies with the client’s audit requirements.

Our business is built upon the idea that change occurs so frequently that permanent walls really become just a temporary solution. In today’s environment few companies can afford the tear down, business interruption and reconstruction expense of conventional construction. Successful companies today are ready to respond. Their wall systems should be just as adaptable to change.
